Who we are
TreeMend was launched in 2025 by tech entrepreneur Ali Lijee in order to better connect those looking for a tree specialist with tree surgeons and arborists across the UK. Our platform serves as a convenient way for property owners and managers in the UK to connect with qualified tree surgeons and arborists, whilst also acting as a reliable lead generation platform for such professionals.

TreeMend is an online platform featuring tree surgeons and arborists in the UK, allowing property owners and property management personnel to connect with professionals for tree care services.
Our tree surgeon and arborist member partners are local, trusted contractors with ample experience in tasks such as tree pruning, emergency tree services, tree felling, tree stump grinding, and much more. Many of our members are ARB Approved Contractors and hold requisite qualifications from organisations such as City & Guilds (NPTC Certificates of Competence), Lantra, and the Royal Forestry Society (RFS Certificate in Arboriculture).
With around 60 native tree species in the United Kingdom, of which only around 35 are widespread, protecting our beloved trees and the habitats they provide for birds and wildlife is in the best interest of all of us. This means that we only work with reputable tree surgeons and arborists who are committed to providing legally-compliant tree surgery services, checking for protected status such as Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) before commencing any work.

To fulfil this vision, we endeavour to continually vet and approve new member partners from towns and cities across the UK while maintaining consistently high service levels for end users. TreeMend will always be completely free for users, and the user experience is designed to facilitate the process of requesting a quote and booking tree surgery services in the UK.
